Dear Parents and Carers 31/03/2022
The Easter holidays begin tomorrow at 2.15. I hope you all have a lovely break and we look forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday 19th April.
International Day
International Day was launched by a wonderful assembly led by year 4. Thank you so much to all of you who have volunteered to be in school this afternoon – going from classroom to classroom was like travelling around the world. I felt privileged to be part of such a diverse community
High Ashurst
Year 5 had a wonderful time at High Ashurst near Box Hill in Surrey. It was a big step for lots of the children and they did really well with being away from home and getting involved in the many challenging activities and team building tasks…the weather was great too!
Fond Farewell
Yesterday we said goodbye to Verity Da Costa who is about to have her third child and is looking forward to being a full-time Mum. Recently, Verity has been working one day a week in year 1 but has worked at Holy Trinity for 11 years.
Easter Eggs
Some creative examples of entries in the Easter Egg competition. Well done to all who took part. Winners and prizes will be announced tomorrow.
Architects and Dentists
Year 2 are looking for an architect to come into school to talk with the children about their job on Wednesday 20th April. Also, Reception Class would love a visit from a dentist to talk to them about caring for their teeth. If you are able to help, please do contact Mrs Campbell (year 2) or Mrs Reynolds (Reception).
