Dear Parents and Carers,

I thought that the Christmas Fair was brilliant! All the parents did such a wonderful job of making it a really special occasion for the children. I talked to the children about what they had enjoyed most and these are some of their responses, “the cakes!”, “the craft stall, I made some nice things”, “the chocolate tombola because I got 5 prizes!”, “the games stall because you got a prize even if you didn’t win”, and finally “helping Mr O’Sullivan tidy up”…A great day. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved.

Please make sure that the children are there at 6pm, they should be in school uniform, specifically including their blue school sweatshirts. We hope that all children will be able to attend as they have been practising very hard. Due to the church’s fire regulations everyone needs to be seated; there shouldn’t be anyone standing as this obstructs the aisles. There will be seating in the church’s reception room as well as in the church itself. Please help us by co-operating with these arrangements. The service will last for approximately an hour.

School Lunch Money. From January we will introduce a new timescale for payments as we are still having to chase up money. If your child’s account goes a week into arrears we will contact you and tell you that if the account is not settled within the following week then we will stop serving lunches to your child. We are doing this to prevent families from running up big debts. The easiest thing to do is to pay for the lunches at the beginning of each week. All payments online please.
