Our Values

At Holy Trinity we welcome you to an exciting world of learning, discovery and friendship. We are passionate about nurturing every child, helping them to find and develop their own talents and be the best that they possibly can. Children will learn within a Christian community, surrounded by support, kindness, respect and fun; and will leave with fantastic memories to cherish forever.

Holy Trinity Newsletter

Dear Parents and Carers,

Last Wednesday I went to Buckingham Palace for my MBE investiture. It was a fabulous day that I will remember always! Prince William did the honours and we had a good conversation about the school. He even joked that he should send George and Charlotte here. By now all the children will hopefully have seen the medal and photographs. I think that this is a wonderful reflection of the work of the whole school community. I feel enormously privileged to represent the fabulous Holy Trinity family.

Best wishes, Penny Cox

Welcome back – hope you all had a good Easter break.   Cannot believe we are in the final term of this school year. And if it’s the summer term then there’s only one (well, maybe 2) things on the PTA’s mind…. Your class reps will be soon start springing into action so please give them all the support you can.

Mufti Days:

We will be holding the usual quota of mufti days prior to the Summer Fair. If, like me, you tend to lose track of what is happening when, then here are the dates. We will remind you again so your child isn’t the only one who turns up in school uniform…..

Friday 19th May: Mufti Day – please bring bottles for the botte tombola

Friday 26th May: Mufti Day – please bring chocolate/sweets for children’s tombola

Friday 9th June: Mufti Day – pls bring cakes/baked goodies for the cake/tea stall

The other event on the PTA’s mind is our SUMMER FESTIVAL (social) on Saturday 8th July. We will let you know more details soon but brief outline is that this is a FAMILY event taking place in the afternoon/evening and will include a line-up of live bands (some of which include Holy Trinity parents) – think British Summer Time Hyde Park only at Holy Trinity! Tickets will be available as family tickets and we really hope we will be able to get as many of you along as possible.

Sponsored Bounce: Fingers crossed everyone has now paid their sponsored bounce money but if not then please click onto the link and pay online. We are hoping to reconcile this event in the next week or so.

Happy Fridays - update

We had a really enlightening coffee morning at the end of last term with parents in our community who have children with challenging needs and from this coffee morning we are now meeting with Mrs Cox to probe further into what the school can do to support these children more and what our community can do to give these parents more support. Please DO get in touch if you were unable to come to this coffee morning but feel this resonates with you as we are able to connect you to parents in similar situations and give you support (as well as coffee!).

And many thanks to the Year 6 parents who came and answered questions at last week’s coffee morning about the Secondary School admissions process. It was certainly a lively discussion and we were very grateful for all the valuable advice being passed down the HT community.

If you would like to host your class coffee morning at Happy Friday’s then please DO – you are always welcome.
