Dear Parents and Carers
I hope that you found it helpful to meet with the teachers this week – they were very positive about having the opportunity to meet and chat with you.
Next week will be half-term so we hope you have a great week and look forward to seeing you again on Monday 31st October.
Thank you
We have officially been awarded the STARS ‘Gold’ award thanks to all of your support. STARS is TfL’s accreditation scheme for London schools. STARS supports pupils’ wellbeing, helps to reduce congestion at the school gates and improves road safety and air quality by inspiring you and your children to travel to school sustainably, actively, responsibly and safely by championing walking, scooting and cycling.
Please remember to get off bikes and scooters as you enter the school premises and push them. Many thanks.
Year 6 Assembly
We look forward to welcoming year 6 parents in the morning for the year 6 assembly.
Help wanted – Class Collective Worship
We have a very willing and fantastic Class Collective Worship Team at Holy Trinity, made up of Years 5 and 6 pupils, who prepare the slides for each Key Stage and then lead the Worship in each class on Wednesdays. They are doing a brilliant job but could really use a helping hand. We are looking for a volunteer who could come into school on a Wednesday between 12.30 and 1.30pm to help them prepare the slides. You would not need to do any preparation beforehand , only turn up and help them eg inserting a video into Google Slides or thinking of an activity based on the bible story focus that week. If you cannot do it every week please do not worry – we can organise a rota. If you are interested (there is no commitment at this stage) please email jpeet@htprimary.com. Thank you so much!
