Eils is Associate Vicar at our link church, Holy Trinity. In just a few months of living in Richmond she has involved herself energetically in our school and local communities thanks to having a son in Reception (with a younger daughter to follow), being married to the Worship Pastor at HT church who also leads weekly school assemblies and joining the governing body. Eils is a trained musician and as has a particular interest in developing leadership and HR, skills that are put to good use on the governing body. She falls naturally into the role of music governor and is also deputy safeguarding governor and sits on the Pupils, Parents & Community committee. Eils’ remembers her own school days as being a nurturing ground for friendships and creativity.
