David Brogden
Local Authority Governor
Dave became a governor in October 2025 so that he could add value to the school given his years as a marketing professional and as a teacher. He feels strongly that Christian values are an excellent framework in which to bring up children and is impressed by Holy Trinity’s inclusion of all faiths as a church school.
Dave spent 25 years working in marketing, followed by 8 years building new start-up businesses and guiding them through the fledging years. Towards the end of his working career he became a Business Studies teacher, a position he enjoyed greatly, bringing his life experience to his students’ learning.
Dave enjoys working in a school environment and continuing to work with educators. He enjoys the sense of achievement from contributing to the success of a local school and its community. The playground and school surroundings were a fond highlight of Dave’s primary school days and he believes Holy Trinity is equally blessed with wonderful surroundings to enrich the children’s active learning.
