Applications for September 2026

Children born between 1st September 2021 and 31st August 2022 are due to start reception class at primary school in September 2026. The deadline for applications for places in September 2026 is on 15th January 2026. Click here to learn more about Reception at Holy Trinity School.

In-Year Applications for September 2025/2026

If you would like to apply for a September 2025 place and would like help or require a tour of our school please email info@htprimary.com. We welcome in-year applications for children who are changing school or new to Richmond. Further details to make an in-year application can be found here.

The Application Process

  1. The Common Application Form

Applications should be made online via your local authority naming Holy Trinity as a preference.  Residents of Richmond Borough can apply here

  1. The Supplementary Information Form, for Reception applications only.

Only if you are a regular church worshipper and wish to apply for a Foundation (church supported) place should you complete the Supplementary Information Form. This should be returned to the school by 12pm on 15th January 2026.

Submit a School Admissions Appeal

If your child has been refused a place, you may appeal the decision of the admissions authority. Your reasons for appealing will then be considered by an independent panel. How to appeal.
