Thank you for considering Holy Trinity for your child’s education. We are an inclusive, caring and nurturing school where children learn and flourish in an environment shaped by our values of Love, Aspiration and Community.

Our distinctive Christian ethos lies at the heart of Holy Trinity, but we are proud to be a church school for the whole community and strongly welcome applications from families of other faiths and no faith.

Children born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021 are due to start reception class at primary school in September 2025. The deadline for applications for places in September 2025 is in January 2025. Click here to learn more about Reception at Holy Trinity School.

We are running a number of tours in September, please email info@htprimary.com with the date of the tour you would like to attend.

Evening Tours.

These tours are a chance to view the school and its grounds outside of the school day, visit the Reception classroom and hear a bit more about Reception from our Early Years Leader. These tours will be given in small groups led by members of the senior leadership team and will end in the Reception classroom with a chance to speak to our Early Years Leader.

Tuesday 22nd October at 4:30pm, 5pm, 5:3opm and 6:00pm
Thursday 7th November at 5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm and 7:00pm.

Daytime Tours.

These tours are a chance to see the whole school in action and to experience what a day in the life of a Holy Trinity pupil feels like. Small groups will be taken around the school by either the Headteacher or Deputy Head and during the tour there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions. It will end with a visit to the Reception classroom to get a sense of what a day in Reception would look and feel like for their child.

The Application Process

  1. The Common Application Form

Applications should be made online via your local authority naming Holy Trinity as a preference.  Residents of Richmond Borough can apply here

  1. The Supplementary Information Form

Only if you are a regular church worshipper and wish to apply for a Foundation (church supported) place should you complete the Supplementary Information Form. This should be returned to the school by 12pm on 15th January 2024.

In-Year Transfers

We frequently have spaces further up the school and welcome in-year applications for children who are changing school or new to Richmond. Details can be found here.

Submit a School Admissions Appeal

If your child has been refused a place, you may appeal the decision of the admissions authority. Your reasons for appealing will then be considered by an independent panel. How to appeal.
