Our distinctive Christian ethos lies at the heart of Holy Trinity, but we are proud to be a church school for the whole community and strongly welcome applications from families of other faiths and no faith.

Children born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021 are due to start reception class at primary school in September 2025. The deadline for applications for places in September 2025 is in January 2025. Click here to learn more about Reception at Holy Trinity School.

The Application Process
- The Common Application Form
Applications should be made online via your local authority naming Holy Trinity as a preference. Residents of Richmond Borough can apply here
- The Supplementary Information Form
Only if you are a regular church worshipper and wish to apply for a Foundation (church supported) place should you complete the Supplementary Information Form. This should be returned to the school by 12pm on 15th January 2024.

In-Year Transfers
We frequently have spaces further up the school and welcome in-year applications for children who are changing school or new to Richmond. Details can be found here.
Submit a School Admissions Appeal
If your child has been refused a place, you may appeal the decision of the admissions authority. Your reasons for appealing will then be considered by an independent panel. How to appeal.
