Dear Parents and Carers 30/06/2022
Art Display
If you have been into the school reception over the last few days, you may have seen some of the fantastic entries in
the Jubilee Art Competition. As you can see, we have some truly creative children in our school.
Sports Day
Next Friday, weather permitting, will be our Sports Day to which you are warmly invited. Nursery am, Reception, Years
1 and 2 will take place in the morning from about 9.15 and Nursery pm and Years 3 to 6 will be in the afternoon from
about 1.30. The PTA will be serving refreshments during both sessions.
Please send your child into school wearing the correct PE kit, including footwear, and ensure they have a sun hat and
water bottle. If we are blessed with sunshine, do please apply long lasting sun cream before school in the morning.

Thank you to all of you who completed our annual questionnaire. The voucher winner is a parent of one of our

Holiday Activity and Food – FUEL – Free programmes for children on free school meals
The FUEL (Feed Ur Everyday Lives) programme, returns this summer to help support children on benefits-related
Free School Meals, and will be on offer throughout the holidays. After a successful Easter, there are over 18000 spaces
available across Kingston and Richmond with holiday activity and food providers, and the programme continues to
grow with new locations, providers, and activities available for children across the two boroughs.
As a reminder, the programme offers completely free access for children receiving benefits-related Free School Meals
to attend holiday clubs, sports groups, play sessions and more. Children who are entitled to the programme have the
opportunity to attend up to 16 sessions throughout the summer.
For further information on the programme and the providers that we will be working with, please visit our website or
