Allison Spies

Alli joined the Board of Governors in July 2026.

As a parent, a Richmond resident and a member of Holy Trinity Church, Alli is deeply invested in the local school and community. Her Christian faith is important to her, and she values the opportunity to support a school where that faith is expressed through love, compassion, service and the flourishing of every child.

Alli believes strong communities are built when people invest in them and contribute to their future and as part of a local family wants to contribute her experience and energy to support the school and help it thrive.

Alli’s career background is in strategy, transformation and organisational leadership, turning good ideas into meaningful outcomes. She has spent more than 20 years working across government and the private sector on complex projects. Much of her work has involved translating strategy into clear priorities, establishing the right decision-making and governance, ensuring information flows to the people who need it, and creating the discipline to measure progress and outcomes.

She brings experience to the Board to support the school’s continued development and a genuine interest in people, community and helping children thrive.
