Dear Parents and Carers,
Another very warm week; thank you to everyone for working with us to achieve the best result we could! Many thanks also go to everyone who supported the PTA summer fayre on Saturday, which I understand made a lot of profit to support Holy Trinity and its families. Your support is always very welcome; it is what makes us such a great family community! Please enjoy the weekend with your families.
Best wishes,
Mr George

Attachment Aware Schools Award
We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded our Gold Award as part of
the Attached Aware Schools Award 2026.. Achieving the Attachment Aware Schools
Award at the Gold Level is the highest tier of recognition a school can receive for its
commitment to supporting children who have experienced trauma, neglect, or adversity.
We are extremely proud and will continue our work and take up a place on the Platinum
board.

Congratulations to our kitchen team!
A huge congratulations to our wonderful kitchen team, who have won a well-deserved
award for their high-quality service and exceptional kindness to every student! They go
above and beyond to cater to everyone’s individual needs, ensuring no one is left out.
From daily care to organising brilliant themed days—most recently serving up strawberries
and cream for Wimbledon—they truly bring joy to our school hall. Well done to James and
the team!
Gold Sports Mark
We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the 2025/26 academic year. The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success. As part of our application, we were asked to fulfil criteria in the areas of participation, competition, workforce and clubs. A special thanks to Mr Callaghan, Brentford FC, JA Sports, Real Runners, Richmond Knights, Harlequins. Mr Callaghan’s on-going effort to ensure sport at Holy Trinity is brilliant has once again been acknowledged. Well done Mr C!
HT’s Got Talent

On Wednesday afternoon we enjoyed the return of our annual talent show ‘HT’s Got
Talent’. There had been a buzz around school all week as children rehearsed and
auditioned. We were treated to a range of performances such as a tap dance, a card
trick, singing, ballet dancing, a violin solo and even solving a rubix cube whilst jumping
on a pogo stick! A huge well done to all of the children who auditioned and a special
congratulations to our winners: Lujain, Abi, Julia, Haya, Sienna and Toma! We shall look
forward to them performing next year at our summer music festival HT in the Park.

Kingfisher Fund
As we head into the summer holidays, we would like to say a HUGE thank you to the gifts and donations we receive from our wonderful community. This academic year, classes have accepted individual donations of glue sticks, whiteboard pens and other resources which is greatly appreciated. As well as this, our Kingfisher fund has meant the learning here at HT is really quite special. This year alone, your donations have given each child the opportunity to take part in an exciting curriculum. Here are just a few of the lovely opportunities you have provided:
- £1k reception resources – pestle and mortar, traffic cones, craft materials, pans, sieves and rolling pins, large wooden building blocks (yr1 continuous provision)
- £2k general resources e.g. filled pencil cases for year 4-6, cellotape, glue sticks, whiteboard pens, paints and paper
- £1k on exercise books and reading records
- £500 sports resources – football bibs, nerf howlers, tennis balls and footballs
- £1k rewards – sports day stickers, star awards and certificates, head teachers rewards and certificates, sports personality trophies

Holy Trinity Instagram Giveaway Winner!
A huge congratulations to Alla Gardner, the lucky winner of our recent Instagram Giveaway! The prize, a magnum of fizz just in time to celebrate the end of the summer term, was kindly provided by our incredible PTA. We would like to extend a massive thank you to all the parents, followers, and supporters who took part, as well as to the PTA for putting on yet another hugely successful Summer Fair. To keep up with all the wonderful things happening in our school, please encourage fellow parents and community members to follow the official Instagram account @HolyTrinityRichmond. Look out for even more exciting, behind-the-scenes content next academic year!
Staff Leavers
We would like to say a massive thank you to all those leaving. This will take place as a picnic on July 14th at 3:30-4:30 pm on the 3G. Parents are welcome to collect their children, then stay around for an hour whilst the staff wander around and say their goodbyes. With a value of community, it would only be right to give our wonderful staff the send-off they deserve. Please note that after 3:45pm, the only gate to enter and exit the premises through will be Carrington Road. Year 6 students cannot remain onsite without a parent present to be responsible for them. We will dismiss Year 6 students to walk home alone as usual and ask them to leave the premises if there isn’t an adult to ensure their safety.
